Our auctions are held weekly on a Tuesday. The auction commences at 10.30 am and ends approximately 4.00 pm.
We have a viewing day on the prior Monday from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm.

We are a general auction house and we auction a large selection of general items including; antiques and collectables, silver items, jewellery, furniture, house hold goods, white-goods, electrical items, CD’s, DVD’s, records, clothes, bankrupt and liquidated stock, books, boxes of odds (suitable for car boot sales) and much, much more!
All items are catalogued and are entered into our weekly sales. On average we have between 600 and 700 lots per sale. Our auctions have an extremely high attendance with a 99% turnover and it is in our interest to obtain the highest price possible for goods sold at auction as we work on a commission basis only. Our charges are 18% commission and VAT on the commission only.
We produce a catalogue which can be viewed on-line or purchased from our office, at a cost of £1.50. This is only available from the viewing day.
In order to obtain a bidding card (bat number), we charge a refundable registration fee of £50 for general items and £300 for any vehicles.. This is totally refundable if you do not purchase any goods.
There are toilets for use by the general public.
Parking is available without restrictions within the surrounding roads of Fables Auctions.
